Patterns GTM Inc. (“Patterns GTM”) respects your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
- Customer Data: Data submitted by or on behalf of Customers, which may originate from Customer’s enterprise systems including finance, sales, customer success, marketing, product, and communications platforms (e.g., Slack, Gmail).
- Account Information: User details needed for account setup and billing.
- Usage Information: Diagnostics, logs, and technical metadata.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and support the Services.
- To process transactions and billing.
- To improve and develop the Services.
- To communicate with Customers about updates and compliance.
3. Use of Anonymized and Aggregated Data
We may process Customer Data in a de-identified, aggregated form that cannot reasonably be used to identify a Customer or individual. Such data, which may originate from multiple enterprise systems, may be used for analytics, benchmarking, and insights.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited disclosure to: service providers under contract, legal authorities, and successors in business transactions.
5. SecurityWe implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes the use of industry-standard encryption technologies to secure data both in transit and at rest. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we continuously monitor and update our practices to help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of information.

7. No Professional Advice
Insights, benchmarking, analytics, recommendations, or other outputs generated by Patterns GTM through the Services are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Customers remain solely responsible for evaluating and relying on such outputs, and Patterns GTM disclaims any liability arising from Customer’s reliance on them.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and other agreements between you and Patterns GTM, the terms of the other agreement will control to the extent of the conflict, unless expressly stated otherwise. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make, and expressly disclaim, any and all representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Patterns GTM nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Services will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).
11. Survival
Sections regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will remain in effect even after termination or expiration of this Policy.
